CryptoDeposit TrackerView plansSecurity & Google Permissions
CryptoDeposit Tracker, operated by Rave Fusions Inc, cannot send, receive, withdraw, or move cryptocurrency, and never asks for wallet passwords, seed phrases, or private keys. It uses configured wallet-email notifications as its source of deposit details; it does not independently verify blockchain settlement.
What each Google permission is used for
| Permission | Used for |
|---|---|
| Google account email | Identifies your account and subscription so the service can provide access to the correct dashboard. |
| Gmail | The app's connection flow requests read-only Gmail access. The generated Apps Script separately requests Gmail access so it can search matching notifications and add a “CDT Processed” label to messages it handles. It does not send or delete email. |
| Sheets | Creates and updates the deposit spreadsheet in your Google account, including parsed deposit rows and summaries. |
| Apps Script projects | Creates and updates the Apps Script project that runs scheduled scans. The script runs under your Google account, not ours. |
| Script external request | Lets the deployed script check subscription status and send scan results, logs, and error reports to the CryptoDeposit Tracker service so the dashboard can be updated. |
Where your data lives
- Deposit records are stored in the service database for dashboard reporting and CSV exports, and are synced to the Google Sheet in your Google Drive.
- Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in our database and are never exposed to the browser.
- All traffic to the site and the Google OAuth flow is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
- We do not sell deposit or account data, and do not use Gmail data for advertising, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
What tracking does and does not confirm
Scans run on a recurring schedule set by your plan and may not start at an exact minute. The tracker parses matching notification messages; an email notification is not an independent confirmation of on-chain settlement. Verify transactions separately when your business process requires it.
Revoking access
You can revoke CryptoDeposit Tracker's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of your account data, contact support@cryptodeposittracker.com.
