CryptoDeposit Tracker processes personal information only to provide the service described on this site: wallet deposit monitoring, Google account authorization, license validation, and related administrative reporting.

Information we collect

• Google account email address used to sign in and complete the OAuth flow.
• Google OAuth access and refresh tokens required to create the Apps Script, spreadsheet, and script triggers.
• License and account data such as email address, license key, plan status, and installation metadata.
• Wallet notification content and parsed transaction details used to detect deposits, including sender information, subject lines, BTC/CAD amounts, and timestamps.
• Log and error data generated by the system while monitoring and processing wallet activity.

How we use it

• To validate a licensed user and complete the setup/install process.
• To connect your Google account and deploy the required Apps Script and spreadsheet.
• To monitor wallet emails and record deposit activity for your configured plans and wallets.
• To operate the admin dashboard, manage subscription status, and troubleshoot issues.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell personal information. Data may be stored in the app database and in Google services that the application creates or accesses for the purpose of operation, including Google Sheets, Drive, and Apps Script. Access is limited to the account and project used for the installation.

Cookies and session data

The site may use browser session cookies to maintain login state and CSRF protection for administrative and installation flows.

Your choices

You may revoke the Google OAuth access in your Google account at any time. If you want your account data removed, contact the site administrator and request account deletion or data removal.
